Paid Top Ad showing at the bottom of the last page

BE WARNED PEOPLE, GUMTREE TOOK MY MONEY AND DID NOT GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE TO PLACE A PAID AD WITH GUMTREE!!!

I paid R299 for a 31 day Top Ad on 25/11/2013 and it was displayed as a Top Ad only for few days.

Now it is shown at the bottom of the page on the last page when I search for similar cars!

I have complained to Gumtree again and again about this problem this week and I have not received any reply about the problem, only a "ticket" email with a reference number each time.
The problem has also not been rectified. Gumtree took my money and did not give me what was promised.

I am outraged and frustrated because of this.
