The hipster watch still undelived from last yea

Hi,

I ordered a hipster watch, last year from the company JENNY HIPSTER TEAM CAG HOLDINGS SA. I have been trying for several times to get hold of Clarence with no avail, he/she did not bother to respond to my two emails left for him/her. the very last one, he/she promised to come back to me after some inquiries dated (Fri, Nov 15, 2013 at 9:07 AM)... I have not heard from them till today.

please help
