Jenny Hipster Watch not delivered

I ordered a Red EN-VOGUE wristwatch with city-Slicker and up to this day I haven't got the delivery of the watch.
I placed and order on the 18 April and the deal closed on the 25 April and no tracking number, NOTHING.Below is the only email of empty promises from the dispatch team. Please note the dates.

For reasons outside of our control, we have needed to have to resupply the batch of watch's presented in the promotion.
But have no fear, your purchase is on route for soonest dispatch and we expect to receive them mid next week for immediate dispatch to yourselves.
We will advise you as soon as they arrive and forward you your individual tracking codes straight after dispatching them.
