I have recently had reason to complain about an on-line buying service but would like to loudly compliment another.

In recent weeks, I have twice used NetFlorist to send flowers to people. On both occasions, their service was exemplary. They keep you informed by email and sms at all times and, in the second instance - a delivery to a hospital where the patient had already been discharged - followed up TELEPHONICALLY to find a new address to which the flowers could be delivered. This meant a later delivery and they actually sent a fresh arrangement! They again called once the delivery had been made.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely support them in the future.
