My Sister-in-law purchased a chain from Net Jewel for me, it was supposed to be delivered on the 12th however it could not so it was then arranged to be delivered on the 17th i called in to make sure that delvierey will take place on the 17th, the agent assured me it will, she explained that no delivery instructions were given and so on but it will. i waited the whole of yesterday for it and it did not come. I call in this morning and got through to Shoulin who is extremely sweet and so helpful, she explained that it was not out for delivery and she will look into, i then got an email from Karen who was so sincere apologising for the inconvenience caused. Im just super impressed with How Shoulin handled my call as i was not impressed and was very uset on the call, she remained sweet and very undeerstanding and further how Karen went out of her way to make sure i was Happy. I received my chain and am so super excited! Thanks guys, u are the reason we love to shop online!!!
