I placed an order (FAS1273964175) last week Wednesday and on the site, the date said the 17th December. It's the 18th today and I haven't gotten my message to show that it has been shipped - AND I PAID.
I called in yesterday and the consultant I spoke to said she would put in a request to have it shipped yesterday because it was supposed to have been shipped on Friday 13 December already.
Now, I've just spoke to a consultant who tells me the item is out of stock. I'm even more disappointed that I never got an email informing that there would be delays with my order without me having to call first.
I am never buying from the site again. Zando never gives people such problems
