I ordered a handbag and decided the colour was not the right tone. I sent Style36 an email letting them know and where I want them to collect. No one contacted me to follow up or anything. I spent the past two days calling them and they keep using the same line "everything is now sorted maam". I havent heard anything from all 6 consultants I spoke to about someone picking the parcel. I just want them to collect it and they are stalling so that they can say 7 days has passed where else im the one calling them and asking them to do their jobs. Im so disappointed in them I mean the stuff they sell is available on Spree and Zando but I choose to buy at Style. A lesson Im learning to rather not put all my eggs in one basket. Thank you for nothing. Ive spent atleast 3 hours in total calling them.
