I recently came across this on-line shopping web (ZASTTRA), to be honest I was afraid for the first time to get any, simply because they were poorly recognized (unlike big names like bid-or-buy, Kalahari, etc).
They are very good, and the follow up was amazing.
Few areas to improve:
1- Need to create a weekend communication (since no respond/contact during weekend, and most people like me (who are busy) prefer to do this online things on their weekend free time), so please allocate someone who can respond to people Qs and Queries during such time.
2- Please check that everything is packaged properly, since my last item was missing a battery (9V), and I usually never trust those batteries comes with any electronic device (prefer to install a trusted brand for safety and productivity) but my concerns is that it might affect a MUST item like cable, cover, manual, etc.
In general, Great job guys, and I will re commend this to everyone.
