Hello I am writing this report as I am not having any joy with your responses via the normal Channel. And since there is no Call Centre Number available, we have limited avenues to get hold of City Slicker.

I purchased a "Bakers delight! ": the transaction was duplicated. I mailed [Email Removed] and asked them to ensure that only one deal is purchased. I received a prompt response:

This email serves as confirmation that the refund has been processed to the card used to make the payment. The second payment should reflect on your side within three business days.(23/01)

mailed again on the 28/01 - Still no refund.

30/01 - Second Business Day - Your request has been received, and is being reviewed by our Customer Service department. All your queries will be attended to as soon as possible, within 2 business days

I checked my account again, and there is still no refund? (5th Business Day)?

Please advise.
