Contracted Cyber Web Design to create a new specialized website for my new business. Ferdinant assured me over and over that "Its not a problem, we can do everything exactly the way you want". Time frame would be 7 - 8 weeks. The moment I paid the 50% deposit, NOTHING started happening. Then I found out that the "Web designer", Marius, is actually subcontracted and has another company Grapevine Communications/The Shop. After 4 months of Nothing and me getting quite upset, some work was done. Another 3 months later and numerous complaints from my side they decided that the website is done and that "they did what I asked for". It was actually not at all what I asked for and I could not use the site at all. R15 000 down the drain! I had to get a new company to re-design the site from scratch at HUGE expense. Marius is also refusing to transfer my business domain that he registered on my behalf, over to me (He insisted on me having a domain with him "to make his work easier". These guys are all talk, NO service, and running a Mickey Mouse operation. I would not even recommend them to my enemies.
