How do you contact gumtree

I have a few ads on Gumtree and they either expired or is about to. Three weeks ago I tried to sign in but no luck. Their system just tells you "done" and then nothing. Their contact page does not open and if it does just a list of stupid stuff. I do not know if I have been blocked or if I have to do an update but I can not get in Gumtree. Maybe someone can help...
