I tried to get a refund on one of the specials they offered for Ocean Basket. I emailed them three times and I received NO REPLY. Not only that I tried to call them many times and no one answered. This is Unacceptable. I have been a customer for the past year. Please deal this asap before I report this to the police for possible.
And please don't tell me because your company have been experiencing high volume of requests. If you have done a proper and correct job on the deals between your and your business vendors in the first place, customers wouldn't need to ask for refunds. Your incompetence is creating more works for yourself.
