I payed for a phone which I received and was faulty I then after fighting with the seller sent the phone back at my cost, he then sent another faulty phone back after arguments and trying to blame us for cracking the none working phone.i am now sitting with a faulty phone and I refuse to send it back until I have been refunded has he has complaints against him for not refunding. I then contacted bid or buy a Lorraine was no help in assisting me and then just cut the conversation with me. very rude. I want to take this further if nothing is done. order number was 6430453.
