I bought a Make Up Kit from City Slicker on Friday 20 September 2013, till today i do not know what is happening with my order, i went to their website so i can track my order but every day it shows the current day as their validation date, i have been calling the customer care but it gives an automated response that the lines are not working, City Slicker!! Service like this causes people to shy away from on-line shopping, can some one please tell me what is happening with my order Please!!! i sent you an email on Tuesday and i received no acknowledgement and no feedback.
