NetFlorist can't say they have customer service, because there is absolutely NONE!!! I have been trying for the past 2 weeks to redeem my abseiling voucher with absolutely NO joy whatsoever. I first spoke to your customer care about 3weeks ago and they promised to come back to me soonest.
Your soonest is NEVER!!! I had to do a follow up last week and again NO joy. Surprise, surprise guess what I had to phone your company again yesterday and today. Let's hope that Sereshnie gets back to me this afternoon with a booking date and confirmation email I'm not expecting any form of feedback.
I will NEVER make use of NetFlorist again and I will inform all my friends and family of this bad experience.
I would suggest that you work on your customer service!!!
