On the 28/12/2012 I purchased 2 products off your site.
a week ago I try to log in to view my status cos I haven't received my order yet.
Couldn't log in, tells me I'm not registered so I then send a mail to your support, a lady by the name of Namhla tries to assist, she can see my status on her side says everything's being processed however this doesn't help me in anyway as today it's a month later and still no delivery and your support cannot sort out my issues with logging in or inform me where my products are! And I cannot bare the fact that I get responses to my emails days later or with the last one no response at all.
