I wanted to buy a voucher for a trip to Thailand. I send the amount of R2166.00 and asked the support department to confirm payment. Lee-Ann contacted me and said I have to send proof which I did. Then she came back and told me the deal has closed. She asked if she could keep the money as they will be having another deal the next week and I agreed. To date I have not heard from Lee -Ann. I am no longer interested in the deal and need my refund. It is more than a month now. I wrote an email to Ubuntudeal and no one has responded to deal. Thank I was able to see the kind of company they are as I doubted the special anyway. I was wondering if they are a legit company. So please can I have my money back and will never bother dealing with you ever again.
