I have ordered flowers for a total of R619.90 (VAT Incl). The basket that they delivered is not fresh flowers and not the price worth. I will not pay more than R250 for the bunch that I received. Also included in the sympathy card is a brochure of their services/competition. I do not think this is good practise to deliver such a card to somebody who's mother passed away.
