On the 6th August I paid a couple of fines and requested a licence disc renewal through the site.
I used the SID instant EFT function on the website and it does what it says. Instantly takes your money but DOES NOT update the paycity website. I've sent my bank statement to them twice and I keep getting told that it will be forwarded to someone to look at. This is ridiculous!!! Money matters should be sorted immediately. This is NOT making my life easier. Should rather go and queue at the post office to get my disc.
