I received a fine with the paycity logo on it. The notice number on the fine was registered on the Paycity website... it had my name and my address on it. The only problem is the vehicle registration is not my vehicle. I conclude that Paycity takes whatever information they are getting from the various traffic departments without validating any information. A basic validation is to check if the number plate is/was registered on the specific ID number. Or to validate the registered address on the number plate to a national database. NOTHING!
-Then, there was no photo available on the website (or that timed out too?). So Paycity also accepts this information from the municipalities without validation.
- I tried to click on the "Contact us" button but this option timed out. So the site is not properly maintained (my internet connection runs at 1.7mbps - so do not blame that).
I have to conclude that I received a fine and paycity thus facilitates this?
