I had placed an order and proceeded with all the steps, the order was finalised and payment was made. I sent through the proof as payment as instructed and got no feedback, I then had to email myself 2 days later asking about the status of my order only to be informed that the item was now out of stock. There was no apology given and even worst, the consultant did not even mention a refund when its obvious logic that a refund should be made immediately if something is out of stock! I had to send 3 more emails until finally some progress was made an a refund form sent. What a disgusting and unorganised system honestly. They send an email everyday about the new things they have but cant bother to email back in a sufficient time when you are having issues. Stick to Zando - THEY KNOW HOW TO FUNCTION.
