I cancelled all 3 rubybox subscriptions end of December 2012 as I really am not as impressed with it as I was with Glambox. After mails and numerous phone calls to get the refund finalised still no refund. I just get told the proof of payment will be send through in the afternoon and there it all ends. Sorry Rubybox but you guys seriously dissapoint in the manner of service and delivery. Never had these problems with Glambox and the box content was much better. I would really just like my R300 rand refunded so I can put all of this behind me and maybe save some phone costs for a change... Tired of begging.
