I was trying place an order online for same day delivery. Unfortunately in the order section it would only allow it for the following day - To cut a long story short, Sheldon Abdul from the call centre, contacted the florist close to delivery address and confirmed they would still do same day delivery! I didn't even have to complete anything from my side, Abdul did it all and within minutes my order number was emailed to me. This is what I mean by "Going the Extra Mile" Thank you, Abdul, you are an asset to Netflorist!
