Recently made 4 orders totalling R2500 online. Made a slight error on 1 order delivery date.
I called the customer service centre and they absolutely refused to help me in any way, they refused to call the florist directly and change the delivery date.
I own a business providing logistics services to the major south African companies and if I ever responded to my clients in the manner in which Netflorist handled my query, I would lose my client.
This service I received was terrible and I will never utilise their services again. Their inability to try and assist is unacceptable.
I strongly recommend going to or contacting florists directly
