I have used netflorist many times and have generally been satisfied with the quality of service. I recently wanted to place an order for 2 items and saw that they charged me a 59 rand delivery fee per item. I called their customer services and they said that it is sent out from two different locations. However that really shouldn't't be the consumers problem, if you are offering a service from one website than there should be one delivery fee. I think it's greed more than anything else and disappoints me incredibly. Every other website is offering free delivery especially when the total of your order is past a certain amount and here you pay more. I find it ridiculous and will be forced to move my business elsewhere.
