I placed an order on-line for a delivery on Valentines day. After this had not been done i then called their call centre on Friday and complained. I was then told that they would re-schedule for delivery on Monday the 18th of Feb. This has still not happened and now they say can we re-schedule for Tuesday the 19th of Feb. They get your money upfront and then this is the kind of service you get. Poor poor service and assistance from the call centre operators. I will def think twice before using NetFlorist again
