This is the second time I ordered medicine for treatment. The first time was in November 2012. The medicine was delivered late and I had to listen to empty promises. This time I ordered the same product and feared for the pains of empty promises and late delivery. But, right from the first contact, payment, document assistance and delivery everything was correct and pleasant. It was a pleasure to deal with Gerda Viljoen and Alerica Goiemans. They both went the extra mile to make sure that the customer got the best service. The executive management of Uti/CMD must take note and use this service as a benchmark to go forward.
