My child is a severe Haemophiliac which means he can die without his medication. In December the delivery was over 2 weeks late, and when phoning the call centre you hold for a minimum of 30 minutes, no matter when you phone. The excuse was that there was a backlog. This needs to be communicated with the client, as lives depend on this medication, and we need to make alternative arrangements. We also have a script which was approved by our medical aid for extra medication in December. According to our medical aid, CMD has claimed for this medication, yet it hasn't been delivered to us.
Once again I attempted to phone, and waited 25 minutes. I was put on hold and cut off.
This service is ridiculous.
