Continued to debit my account after policy ended

After the three month cancellation period my account was debited. I received confirmation that this was done in error and promised to be refunded. I have not been refunded in spite of being told on several occasions that the money had been paid back. I am so sick of calling them every 3 days and being told that the payment has been made only to be told the next call that it will be done that day. They have from me and continue to lie. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH SPECTRAMED!!
