Poor hospitality experience

I booked a stay over at the above mentioned establishment in Kroonstad after seeing their website. The rooms looked stunning and didn't disappoint on arrival. It had been a long week and a 2 hour drive so I unpacked my bags and decided to have an afternoon nap before leaving for a 50th birthday. About half an hour into my nap, one of the staff members barged into my room to drop off water. No knocking, just opened the door and barged in. Unacceptable.

I then decided to take a shower and discovered that there was only one towel for two of us sharing. Unacceptable.

We left for the party and got back to the room at about 10.30pm to find that there was not enough toilet paper. Totally unacceptable.

The next morning at the breakfast table, my cheese was mouldy at the bottom. Shocking.

The room was really stunning, but it was an unpleasant experience and I paid an above average premium to stay there so I feel that people should be aware of poor service and not be ripped off like I was.
