I first met Jasmaine Adams at The Kelway Hotel while I was working for an HIV / AIDS NGO. I arranged a lot of conferences and accommodation for our staff and The Kelway became my preferred hotel due to the fact that I always got such wonderful service from Jasmaine. She is extremely friendly, efficient and always goes the extra mile to assist wherever she can. Yesterday she arranged a very special accommodation booking for me and I was once again reminded about the different level I've always received from Jasmaine compared to the other hotels I deal with in Port Elizabeth. Well done Jasmaine... you are a true asset to The Kelway!!
