I find that the service we have received from discovery has been utterly disgusting as my poor grandmother has been on and off the phone with discovery for more than 3 weeks waiting and enquiring about the money that had been deducted from her medical servings account - she has called numerous times and the person on the other side of the phone has seen the fault and agreed that it was an error on discovery's part- they have promised the money to be returned. It is now 3 weeks later and we are waiting. Just because she is old and out to date with technology- I find it very abusive that discovery has not sorted this matter out!
