FIRSTLY - They cancelled my medical aid and my vitality without me giving any request to cancel and I never missed a payment, had I been in a accident and been rushed to hospital then I wud be rejected, by the time I get to another hospital im dead. SECONDLY - they apologize and re-instate it BUT NOW I LOST MY VITALITY DIAMOND STATUS BECAUSE OF THERE IDIOTIC MISTAKE. THIRDLY - I had to BEG 3 months for the healthy gear card, eventually after a long irritating saga I got it. I tried using it while on holiday and it says card expired (expired on the same month it was issued to me), so now im suppose to get a discount but never received it - then after logging a complaint 2 weeks ago - STILL THEY HAVE NOT FIXED THERE MESS UP. NOW I NEED SCREEN PRINT THIS AND SEND TO FACEBOOK AND TWITTER IF NO ONE FIXES UP THIS MESS BY THE WEEKEND
