Let Down

We phoned to get a authorisation number for my wifes ceasarian due on 20th of February 2013 at La Femme Clinic. La Femme is approved by Resolution. Unbeknown to us they have changed to Ferncrest hospital as there new provider. I have received no notice or documentation regarding this and have already booked the bed at La Femme Clinic. On the phone with authorisations we spoke to a helpful lady by the name of Martie who even went as far to speak to her supervisor. Her supervisor told her to tell us merely " Thats the rules and that's the way it is! " When phoning later to client services the call was answered then I was asked to please hold, I listened to a conversation in the background for 6minutes and 38 seconds. I'm tired I'm despondent, I don't have R3000 to pay extra for la Femme Clinic, I don't have money now either to pay for the complimentary 4D scan at La Femme which they will now charge for seeing we are no longer having the baby there. I don't pay alot of money each month to be told thats the rules and thats the way it is.
