I HAVE SENT OVER 25EMAILS TO DATE ON A LANCET CLAIM, I SPOKE TO THE BRANCH MANAGER WHO TOLD ME THAT I HAD THE INCORRECT PRACTISE NO ON MY CLAIM, WHEN I CONTACT THE PLACE WHERE MY CHOSEN DOCTORS FOR 2012 WORK AND CHECK WITH THEM THE CORRECT PRACTISE NO WAS USED, SHE FURTHERMORE CALLED YOU AND TOLD U THIS, THEN U STATED IT WASNT MY CHOSEB DOCTORS, THEY WERE FROM JAN-DEC 2012 ABD THATS WHERE I DID MY TESTS!!! YOUR INCOMPETENCE IS BEYOND MY UNDERSTANDING. YOU WERE SUPPOSE TO PAY THAT CLAIM, TO DATE I HAD TO!!! THEN U DEBIT R2333 OFF MY STUDENT ACCOUNT YET U SENT ME A LETTER STATING I FALL UNDER THE R600 PM PREMIUM AS IM A STUDENT, THEN I HEAR TODAY, U NEEDED A STUDENT REG.LETTER WHICH U NEVER REQUESTED!!! NOW MY DEBITS BOUNCED, MY CLAIMS ARE NOT PAID, NONE OF U CALL ME, ITS FINE ILL JUST COMPLAIN ON HERE TILL ITS ALL FIXED!!!
