I received an SMS stating to pay a due amount, paid it the same day, went on ITC, notice I have a default listed against my name, does the act not stipulate you need to advise a member 20 days prior to listing in order to allow the member to settle the debt?
I have done so, but you guys don't seem to think its a problem to pass out ITC listings left, right, and center.
That's very irresponsible of your company, I am inclined to take legal action against Discover Health for infringing on my right to negotiate outstanding debt.
