I have stayed away (I estimate two years) from the mobile unit (post caravan) at Mayville Mall due to the personnel's very indifferent attitude. I rather donated at Queenswood.
I gave them a another chance in March 2013. What a delight! Very professional, friendly service. Someone at SANBS has done some weedpulling.
SANBS personnel like that must surely win back lost donors. They even listened to my complaint about SANBS wasting money on telephone calls even after I have previously explicitly voiced my preference for an e-mail reminder just to save on cost. They checked the system and updated several other extremely outdated personal information. It seems as if nobody reads the forms as filled before donating.

Mayville Mall unit will definitely see me again in May.
