Is not true, I would like to hear the tapes of same. The code 2793 was declined - my words to Tanya was that this is not the last I will put in a claim.
In fact I said YOU HAVE NOT HEARD THE END.

This NOT is true - as well as the quote below "? Rhizotomy approved"

I want to hear this being said, on the tapes
