Unnecessary delay in refund

Good Day,

Please refer to reference 02082013Q6F9N7 and 20082013Q7SFBD, 04092013Q8KJ7L.
This is an account that was not paid by the medical aid due to a wrong code from the doctor's rooms. I had to settle the account of R2700.00 and am now claiming it back from the medical aid. My query started in June and eventually I was told that the claim code was wrong. I got the correct details from the doctor and sent it to Bonitas on 02082013. After several calls I spoke to a Melissa at oncology who assured me the correct code was received and approved and the claim dept can refund. After several calls again and agents telling me that the query is still in progress. I got hold of a supervisor Ella who assured me she will sort it out. She promised to phone me Tuesday 0309203 and did not and I had to phone her twice last week. Every time telling me she will follow up and phone me back. Needless to say - she did not! Friday 06092013 I phoned her again and she said the query was send for payment but will follow up and phone me on Monday (090913) Today is Tuesday and still no reply as I even left a message with Lekaya for her today. Can you please refund me my money!!
