I checked into the marine parade yesterday only to experience a problem with the toilet. I went to reception and was assisted by Eugene. He willingly changed my room. Not happy with the second room, he personally came to me to check the room and investigate, allocating another room without a fuss. He was absolutely friendly and efficient! He is definately a valuable employee @ Southern Sun! Well done eugene for making my stay so pleasant and most importantly for going the extra mile!
