It is 2 years now that i am having the same issues. My mum is on warfarin therapy and is entitled to 12 chronic payments for her lab tests in respect of her INR readings. Momentum keeps incorrectly deducting "chronic approved" payments from my mum's savings account. When the savings is depeletd they do not pay. They also keep blaming Lancet. I am tired of going from pillar to post, to sort this issue out. I am really fedup wth their incompetance and think i will change her medical aid.
