Finally today I have been reduced to tears of frustration at having to deal with Momentums Health's unrelenting series of errors regarding my chronic and prescribed minimum benefits. The problems have gone unabated for six months. To try and resolve the issues holistically I asked a broker to handle the matter on my behalf. My first letter to the broker was sent on the 02 April 2013. Through the broker all the chronic and prescribed major medical benefits I expected were approved. It was a long and tedious journey.
The most recent mistakes relate to call references (1) 178770459; (2) 179278887 & (3) 178770459. Respectively: (1) Momentum Health is disputing the broker's assertion to a certain chronic benefit. (2) Momentum Health made yet another error concerning my chronic versus PMB benefits (3) the admission of the consultant that each call logged is treated as new matter. My view is that matters are not resolved because no single department or person is held accountable. What incentive does Momentum Health have to fix each mistake as their wealth surely grows? As a customer I deserve better.
