Practice Relief
Still no feedback on query

My son had dental work done at a day clinic. The attending anaethetist was introduced who told me that her bill would be directly submitted to the medical aid. I later recevied an sms from Practice Relief insisting on payment of a R1516 shortfall. I sent my query regarding this as I was not advised upfront that the anaethetist charged private rates. Needless to say the query has never been resolved. PATHETIC.
