I called the Discovery call centre to find out how to register to get Vitality points when shopping at Woolworths and was told that the scheme to which I belong, which is LA Health Active, doesn't qualify. I was told that only the LA Health Comprehensive Scheme qualifies for shopping at Woolworths. This is absolute discrimination. I am not on the bottom level scheme - we pay a fortune every month to belong and now they are discriminating against us because we aren't on the top scheme.
I don't know whether this is Discovery or Woolworths, but I think it is unbelievable!! I shop at Woolworths every week and every single thing I buy there has a VIT next to it, yet I cannot get the points!!!
Is Woolworths' attitude that they are there only for the super rich??
