After writing on Hellopeter regarding my bad experience at Medicross Rustenburg, Netcare consultants contacted me on the same day and advised that the situation will be taken care of. I went back to Medicross on Tuesday 5th March 2013 and for the first time, while waiting my turn on the line, one of the receptionist called out to me and asked if she could be of any help. I really hope that from now onwards, this is the kind of reception we will all be greeted with.
