Credit Bureaux Listing Abuse

I'd like to report a credit bureaux listing abuse. Medical Scheme (Discovery) failed to make a payment

Dentist never informed me of this non-payment even though they had my email address, and now I have been informed by Ergometric Solutions that I have been listed with ITC. An anesthesiologist who worked on the same op mailed me an invoice and I made the payment.

This is rubbish and I'm reporting this and shoddy workmanship to NCR
