Who are Ergometric Solutions? They have the worst idea of customer service I could have imagined!
The first communication I have ever had from them was an sms this afternoon:
Pls (sic) phone Ergometric on 0117820226 re (sic) h/o (sic) acc or make payment of R468.27 to Ergometric: FNB 62056274279, BR code: 250655, ref SUNR0004345 / TURNER.
I have never received any notification of an outstanding account. I have no idea who or what this account is for.
If Ergometric Solutions want to discuss an account with me THEY can call ME. I will not call them based on an sms summoning me to do so. It is highly unprofessional to send a "Please call me" to customers.
