Double Billed and Inefficiency of staff

Had gastric bypass at St Augusting - 29 Jan. Billed R77500 and paid up front for the entire procedure to be in hospital until Saturday. On 31 Jan dr thought he saw something wrong with the xray and sent me in again for a 2nd theatre session for 45 mins. Nothing wrong so unnecessary. No-one told me I would be double billed and I didn't agree to double billing. I was told there is another bill for approx R12000 but to date bill still not final!! The dr and aneathatist didn't charge me more but cause they used the surgical theatre for 45 mins this is why I am billed extra. Lalitha couldn't give me the final bill and said they would claim for additional from GEMS. They sent a bill to medical aid for 31 to 2 Feb even though they knew last day I was on medical aid was on the 31st. If procedure was on 31st why charge until the 2nd?? Lalitha wont give me anything in writing and I had to explain this same story to the staff (incl Lalitha) over and over but they don't seem to understand. Send me something in writing!!
