My father has been on bonitas for more than 20 years and this is the service he gets from your service providers. He fainted and we called 084124 as we supposed to, its been 35 minutes and nothing not even a call back to say we are on the way. Last I heard of them way 'we will dispatch an ambulance'Guess what we are still waiting. We called because its an emergency. This never happened on netcare, why did bonitas choose to change? Beats me. You guys seriously need to shape up. Oh and guess what, right now they pitch. This is not on.
