No response to e mail

I have send several e mails to Lancet concerning an outstanding amount on an account which they did not or wrongly submitted to my medical aid, I have asked for their banking details several times no response, they did not send me an invoice or e mail about outstanding amount, just receiving sms notification that they will take legal action. acc ref F3311991
